1. Check that you've received a tracking number from us. If you haven't, we may not have dispatched your order, or it may be in your SPAM folder. Remember we only dispatch every Tuesday and Thursday at this stage. 
  2. If it's 3 days after you've received your tracking number, please check the tracking link to see if there are any updates. 
  3. If there are no updates from there, please email us with your order number at emma@sparkleandspell.co.nz and we will look into this for you. 

DAMAGED DELIVERIES 

In the rare case this happens, please let us know ASAP as we need to claim urgently for this to be accepted, more importantly we will want to resolve the issue for you.
