WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to NZ and Australia. If you are outside these countries and want to purchase from us, please contact us at emma@sparkleandspell.co.nz to discuss.
CLICK & COLLECT
Click & Collect is available in the Auckland region. We are in West Auckland and our address will be given to you when we discuss pick up times/dates. Happy to discuss weekend pickups if we can make it happen.
SHIPPING COSTS
FREE SHIPPING WITHIN NZ
AUSTRALIA: $25 partial tracking available.
Prices are subject to change.
PO BOXES
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
WHEN WE SHIP
We dispatch orders throughout the week. Currently Monday dispatch items are only being collected on Tuesdays, we are working on remedying this.
- You will receive a tracking number from us once your order has been packaged and processed at our end and awaiting collection from the courier.
- When the courier collects your package you will be notified by the carrier.
- Once dispatched, order should arrive 1-3 working for North Island and 2-5 days for South Island and rural deliveries. Please note that these are estimated timeframes and are dependent on the carrier.
DELIVERY TIMES
Once you have received confirmation of pick up from the courier, our estimated delivery times are as follows:
Auckland: 1-2 days
Rest of North Island: 1-3 days
South Island: 2-3 days
Rural South Island: 3-5 days
Australia: 6 - 10 days
WHO DO YOU SHIP WITHWe use a variety of couriers via GoSweetSpot, and we tend to use their carriers NZPost, PostHaste and CastleParcels.
IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR ORDER
All items should be delivered within 3-5 working days (NZ) after confirmation of pick up from the courier. If after this date your item has not been received, please follow the below steps.
- Check that you've received a tracking number from us. If you haven't, we may not have dispatched your order, or it may be in your SPAM folder. Remember we only dispatch every Tuesday and Thursday at this stage.
- If it's 3 days after you've received your tracking number, please check the tracking link to see if there are any updates.
- If there are no updates from there, please email us with your order number at emma@sparkleandspell.co.nz and we will look into this for you.
DAMAGED DELIVERIES
In the rare case this happens, please let us know ASAP as we need to claim urgently for this to be accepted, more importantly we will want to resolve the issue for you.
- Please advise within 3 working days of delivery and send photos of the item and packaging along with your order number to emma@sparkleandspell.co.nz. Please keep all the items and packaging as we may need to collect it.
