IF YOU'VE RECEIVED A FAULTY PRODUCT
We hope this never happens, but in the rare case it does, please email us asap on emma@sparkleandspell.co.nz with your order number and the issue you are experiencing and we will endeavour to sort this out for you. We will need to hear from you within 14 days of receipt of goods.
RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS
We offer a 14 day return/exchange policy, however please ensure it fits the below criteria:
1. Item must be unused and in the same condition it arrived in.
2. It must be in the original unopened packaging.
3. You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of delivery by emailing us at emma@sparkleandspell.co.nz using the subject line RETURN and please include your Order Number.
We prefer to exchange the product or issue a credit unless this is not suitable to both parties.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns that do not fit the criteria above.
WHAT CAN'T BE RETURNED?
- Sale items
- Gift Vouchers
- Used or opened product
- Digital products (invitations/letters)
- Customised items
- Custom orders (unless faulty)
NOTE: The cost of shipping will not be refunded, except in the case of faulty goods.

Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us within 14 days of receipt, however the earlier the better. Please contact us at emma@sparkleandspell.co.nz.
Return or exchange
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods. Our preference is always to exchange to another item or issue a credit. Please contact us at emma@sparkleandspell.co.nz.
